Bite Ludo Online is provided "as is." We are not responsible for loss of virtual coins due to technical errors, internet connectivity issues in your region, or account unauthorized access. At Bite Ludo Online, we want you to have the best gaming experience. Because our game involves virtual currency (Coins) that are consumed during gameplay, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the player and the developer. Immediate Consumption: Once coins are added to your account balance, they are considered "delivered." We cannot issue refunds for coins that have already been used to enter matches, buy items, or participate in game events. Valid Reasons for Refund We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following reasons: Technical Error: You were charged, but the coins were never added to your account (and our server logs confirm the failure). Unauthorized Purchase: If a purchase was made by a minor or without your permission (subject to Google Play’s verification). Duplicate Billing: If the system charged you twice for the same coin pack. Bite Ludo Online reserves the right to permanently ban accounts that: Request frequent refunds after using coins in matches (Refund Fraud). Initiate "Chargebacks" through their bank without contacting our support first.
